Having stayed at Palette Collect's Boutique Hotel Ha Long recently, I was impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff. Despite the language barrier, they were incredibly helpful, offering great suggestions and introducing us to delicious local foods during breakfast. the attention to detail, like the cinnamon, scented towels in our Cinnamon Room, truly made our stay memorable. the spacious and modern room was a delightful retreat after a day of exploring. the comfortable bed and well, equipped bathroom added to the overall comfort of our stay. the variety of delicious breakfast options ensured we started our days off right. Although the surrounding area of the hotel was filled with empty buildings, the location was still convenient with easy access to transportation. the presence of 24, hour staff who assisted with directions and transport bookings to Hanoi was a great convenience. the owner's personal touch, even exchanging contacts with us, added a warm and welcoming atmosphere to our experience. Palette Collect's Boutique Hotel Ha Long offers excellent value for a 3, star accommodation in Ha Long. With attentive staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast options, it's a highly recommended choice for a memorable stay in the area.
